Consumer Alerts

TATOC works closely with the police, the RDO, trading standards and the UK authorities to protect consumers from fraudulent activities.

Every month the site publishes a list of the companies that have been undertaking cold calling activities (listed on the homepage) and there is a master list for the year as well.

In this section, we bring to consumers' attention the companies that the police and authorities are particularly concerned about. For further information about any of these companies, if you have a consumer alert you would like TATOC to investigateĀ and for advice if you feel you have been scammed, please contact Harry Taylor or the consumer helpline.
