To celebrate the introduction of Merlin Software at TATOC’s head office a new membership benefit was launched by them at the annual conference this weekend.

The benefit is available to all resort members and affiliates and includes a FREE assessment and report on your resort’s current use of technology and is based on your specific requirements. It takes the form of a simple questionnaire covering your hardware, software, staff, website and business.

The resulting report will suggest what cost effectives changes resorts can make to their operational activities such as front of house, management fee collections, rentals, exchange verifications etc by using the latest technology.

Merlin Software itself covers all aspects of a timeshare operation from maintenance fee collections and accounts to inventory control and reservations.
