TATOC, the Timeshare Association, has announced today that Hutchinson & Co Trust Company Limited, one of the world’s leading trustee organisations, has become a TATOC silver affiliate.

The Timeshare Association (Timeshare Owners and Committees), also known as TATOC, has today launched its Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct is a commitment by TATOC, our members, accredited and affiliated companies to the highest standards of business ethics, principles and practices. It is also an assurance of the highest standards in the provision of products and services; they will be correctly sold, well managed and well maintained with the consumer as the principle focus. Commitment to the Code creates a partnership between timeshare businesses and timeshare consumers that will help secure a strong and healthy future for everyone involved.

TATOC has confirmed that Sahara Sunset Club in Malaga, Spain, has successfully completed TATOC accreditation.

TATOC is delighted to announce that the re-sale company Travel & Leisure Group has extended its support of the consumer association by becoming a Platinum Affiliate, the top level of affiliation for the association.

In doing so, Travel & Leisure Group has confirmed its on-going adherence to the association's Code of Ethics for timeshare re-sale organisations.
