Highlights from this month's report:
December was a quieter month as predicted - inbound telephone calls remained the same as last year with 477 in 2010 and 477 in 2011.
Year on year results show an increase in calls to the Helpline. In 2010 the team answered 7582 calls and in 2011 the team answered 9107. This is an increase of 1525 calls.
In 2010, 1601 emails were received by the Helpline. In 2011 we received 1515, a decrease of 86 emails.
