1. How do I list my business, product or service in the Timeshare Association Directory?

First you must become a TATOC affiliate. There are three levels of affiliation - silver, gold and platinum. If you are able to meet the affiliation criteria,  proceed with registration and add your listing. TATOC will be in contact within seven days to approve or amend your listing and take payment. Alternatively you can register and create a listing and, if your business, product or service is not approved, we shall contact you to discuss how you can meet our requirements.

2. Why are there different listing opportunities?

The different listing opportunities reflect the level of affiliation. For example, as a silver affiliate, you are able to add general details about your business, product or service. As a platinum affiliate you are able to add more detailed information about your business, product or service, include your logo and you will be added to the scrolling banner of affiliates on the TATOC website (www.timeshareassocation.org) etc.

3. Why do I need to register?

Registration is the first step to affiliation and then access to the directory. Simply complete the form and add your listing. We will reply to you within seven days to complete the affiliation process and take payment.

4. What is the affiliation and listing process?

  1. Complete the registration form

  2. Verify your account by clicking on the verification link emailed to you

  3. Login using the entered username and password

  4. Your will be redirected to the submission page
  5. Submit your listing for approval
  6. Listing package is approved and invoiced or declined
  7. Bank transfer/EFT payment
  8. Listing is approved

5. Is there an extra cost to list my business?

No. Listing your business, product or service on the Timeshare Association Directory is included in your affiliation fee. You are able to add more information to your listing depending on the level of affiliation you choose.

6. Can I list on the Directory without becoming an affiliate?

No. As TATOC is a consumer association it is essential that we only recognise companies that comply with our code of conduct. As such, it is necessary that you become a TATOC affilate (either silver, gold or platinum). Once you are an affiliate you are able to list your business, product or service. This is included in the affiliation fee - there is no additional cost to list.

7. Can I update my listing on the Directory? 

Yes. Once you have registered on the website you will receive your username and password. Simply log in from the Directory's homepage with these details and you will be taken to your entry. You can then amend this as you wish.
