TATOC affiliation is available to companies providing quality products and services to the shared ownership industry including timeshare and fractional developments. There are three levels of affiliation: silver, gold and platinum. Find out more about the different affiliation packages here.

By becoming an affiliate of TATOC your business will be eligible for a range of benefits including:

• Listing in the TATOC Timeshare Association Directory - you must be an affiliate to list your business.
• Sponsorship opportunities at the TATOC annual conference.
• Advertising opportunities in the quarterly TATOC magazine Sharetime.
• Use of the TATOC logo on your website.
• A certificate of affiliation.
• Access to regular industry surveys and reports.

To be eligible for affiliation and, therefore, include a listing in the Timeshare Association Directory you must comply with the following criteria:

• All applicants must have an auditable track record of working within the timeshare industry or must be able to justify their entry into the sector.
• All applicants must be a formal legal entity. For example, this would include a sole trader, partnership, limited company or a limited liability partnership. Where relevant, the entity’s number must be provided.
• All applicants must supply three names for references from existing clients.
• All applicants must explain their customer services handling process.
• All applicants who wish to supply a website link must ensure that their site meets appropriate security criteria and adheres to all data protection laws.
• All applicants must comply with the TATOC code of conduct.

If your affiliation is not approved, we shall contact you to discuss how you can meet our requirements. All listings must be approved by TATOC.
